Terrapinn are a global events company specialising in industries including; education, energy, finance, health, management, technology and telecoms. They operate across the globe, assisting businesses curating industry specific content with a customer focussed outlook.

IG was approached by Terrapinn in 2012 after their CEO visited the International Jump conference, held at the Old Billingsgate venue in London. In seeing our unique FITZiN conference stand units at this event, Terrapinn thought that these all-inclusive units were ideal for many of their own conference led events. The ease and simplicity for the exhibitors/sponsors to just turn up to the event with very little if any set up time was very desirable.  As they had seen at the Jump event, which had been supplied with our all-inclusive FITZiN conference stand unit, including the supply of the full graphic back drop, lighting, power, counter and stools, they felt this was an ideal package for many of their events.    

Many different conference events in the Terrapinn portfolio had ranging budgets, so not all events would require this full inclusive package. Terrapinn were delighted to find out that we could offer these units at varying cost levels, depending on the actual content.  Some events required less content in the package, but still had the option to add in content if needed by each exhibitor/sponsor. This meant that some events would just have basic units with a blank white back drop and the facility to convert to a full colour backdrop as an additional optional extra.  The fact that these unique units were also available in a range of sizes from 1.5m wide to 4m wide units with unbroken graphics was another tick in the box of requirements needed and was an ideal solution to maximise on all space available at many various unique conference venues.

Terrapinn thought our unique FITZiN Conference stand unit completely outperformed its rival, the pop up stands.  It meant that traditional break out areas at conference led events, which often could end up looking untidy, tatty with trailing wires, open backs to the pop up stands and installation and removal issues, were all solved. The added benefit of these units needing very little depth to them meant all areas could be opened up and maximised as full break out and revenue earning areas to their conference led events.

Since 2012, our partnership with Terrapinn has led to many successful conference events, with these unique conference units supplied at many of Terrapinn’s UK events in various venues. We have also been able to supply our unique FITZiN shell scheme, electrical and group furniture services to many of Terrapinn’s other mainstream exhibitions and events too.

Jonathan McWilliams, IG’s Group MD commented saying `Since working with Terrapinn back in 2012 our partnership has helped us move forward with our unique FITZiN conference stand unit and with their help we have been able to offer and add in additional content to these units for many of the medical conference events which bring that extra WOW factor. We were able to include and incorporate our unique illuminated LED drop down nameboards, which I think adds that extra touch of class! We will also be bringing our latest addition: the option to add in the full supply of our built in AV unit, which offers built in 23”, 32” & 40” AV screens fixed to the backdrop. This makes it possible to save valuable floor space taken up by AV stands, normally on floor stands!’

FITZiN's unique simple conference stand unit allows each stand holder to simply turn up, network and promote their own services at any event and then walk away once the conference ends, without any hassle of production being required by them.
